The episode begins with Jeevika saying Manvi not to come inside until she tells her the truth. Manvi leaves the room and Viren says to Jeevika not to scold Manvi.
Manvi cries in the kitchen and Shloke comes there to tell her about the charity function of his school. Manvi makes aalo ke parathe. Virat comes but Shlok stops him by saying that Manvi is making something for him, so he cannot enter. Virat says to Manvi that she should not work more but Manvi doesn’t hear.
Virat sees Manvi getting fainted and asks her to go to her room. In the room, Jeevika tries to walk and servant brings food. Jeevika asks about Manvi. He tells that Manvi is in the kitchen and Jeevika gets worried for Manvi.
Viren says to Jeevika that if she cannot see Manvi’s trouble, then why she scolded her. Jeevika tells him that she just wants to know the truth. Viren says that if Manvi does not want, then why she is forcing. Jeevika says to Viren that he knows the truth, but Viren keeps silent recalling Manvi’s promises.
Manvi tells Virat that she cannot see Jeevika’s rude behavior for her. Virat consoles Manvi that they will do something. Viren tells Manvi that she should tell Jeevika about her cancer while Virat supports Viren.
Manvi agrees and says that she will tell in the morning. Virat asks to tell the truth now, but Manvi says that she is not mentally prepared.
Viren tells to Virat that when Manvi comes home, then both sisters will not care about them. Virat asks Viren that why Manvi chose tomorrow to tell truth to Jeevika and realizes that tomorrow is Manvi’s birthday.
